Last night the boys, Hannah, and we parents had a good time playing Bible Baffle.
Granted, we were baffled a few times with the questions, but playing Bible games like that is a great incentive to the children to keep reading their Bibles and listen when God's Word is read out loud in family worship--if only so they can score a point in our Bible games! (Moms are crafty like that--finding fun ways to help their kids learn their Bibles without them even realizing it.)

Anyway, we had the funnest time. Jonathan and I get the biggest kick out of our boys' answers as they try to remember facts from the Bible.
So one question on the card was, "What reason did Jesus give when asked, 'Why do you eat with sinners?'"
That was the question for Danny.
Hmm.
"Because they have better food!" he finally grinned.
Another question was about to what Jesus was referring when He said, "Do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing."
After Jonathan answered that question, saying it was about giving charitably, I immediately thought about our family having to take part in the Arms Around the World Convention up in South Dakota next week.
And I asked, "So is it okay for us to go up to Arms Around the World convention and tell about the good deeds we do for missions?"
Hmm.
Sam replied, "Just keep one hand behind you and one hand in front of you while you're doing it!"
Anyone want to vote on Best Pharisee of the Month?
