Horseshoe Boot Rack--Trash to Treasure

While we were in Colorado, Danny did some welding jobs, including making this horseshoe boot rack for his big sister Rose.

How this rack did dress up the entrance area in their home where boots and shoes--especially when company came--lay crowded up against the wall!
Now boots and shoes could be set neatly on a rack and it could look lovely!
We all gathered around to ooh and ahh.
And to catch Danny being silly!
Rose had made the first part by herself, out of old horseshoes she had saved from when she worked as a farrier, and then Danny used new shoes leftover from her farrier business that gave up when she became a mother.
What beautiful, useful things can be made from salvaged parts and pieces!
